END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Jakob Behler (Representative of Behler Engineering), hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor,” for the use of the software product titled BEHLER LABEURRE, including any associated media, printed materials, electronic documentation, and updates (“Software”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial audio production purposes, subject to the terms below.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
• Reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly display the Software except as permitted in this Agreement.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP

All title, intellectual property rights, and copyrights in and to the Software remain with the Licensor.

4. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

The Software uses the VST 3 Plug-in Interface Technology licensed from Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

“VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.”

The Software is compatible with the VST 3 standard. Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH does not endorse or support this product.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
